Ever mentioned this band with you guys?
I knew of them back in the years during a Red Ronnie show on Telemontecarlo - Roxie Bar x'kien jismu??!
Their album "Fine Lines" is gorgeous thought the style back then was quite similar to bands like Silverchair...
check out this video of one of their top tracks "Grounded"

Just did some research about them.
This is their website and live track: www.myvitriol.com/
Here's an update feature from www.indigoflow.co.uk.
You remember My Vitriol, don’t you? I bet you could hum at least one of their songs. And if you can’t, I’ll hum one and you’ll know it. In 2002, on the verge of becoming massive, they announced that they were taking a break. Going on hiatus, if you will. Now, everyone knows that “going on hiatus” means splitting up. Except in this case. Instead My Vitriol became a secret society (literally, but I’ll come to that).
Though the band slipped off the map for most people, they maintained a very healthy fanbase; proved in January 2005 and November 2006 when the band sold out two 1000 and 1500 capacity shows in advance and without any promotion. In March this year, the band released a limited edition single, This Time, through Org Records under the name A Secret Society.
Waters thoroughly tested, My Vitriol are back in full effect with this limited edition EP and the first taste of their very long-awaited second album (Their debut, Finelines was released in 2001) with the opening track War Of The Worlds. A huge progression from where they were in 2002, this song finds the band more than ready to content with the rock big shots of 2007 and totally flatten their natural pop-rock successors.
A couple of remixes and a cover of Martika’s Toy Soldiers make this EP absolutely worth having, whether you’ve been waiting for it or you’re just curious. Beware though, it’ll leave you desperate to hear that new album and I suspect a September release for that.
Label: Xtra Mile
Release date: 25th June 2007
Tracklist:
War Of The Words
Lord Knows How I’ve Tried (Mellow Version)
Toy Soldiers
ElectroWar (the Son Of Robot Remix)
